I make it myself in Prague, one at a time after you order — which is why it takes 1–3 working days. Nothing is held in stock, so there is no shelf to pull from and nothing waits for a batch.

Four sizes, decided by the floor rather than by the dog. Measure the run of floor before you order and take the size that fits it: what grows with the size is the margin round the outside, and the margin is the part that catches what misses.

Nothing with your words on it can come back for a change of mind, because nobody else can wear it. A fault is different: that I put right or refund, written on or not.

A plain piece — nothing stitched on it — comes back for any reason at all: tell me within 14 days of it arriving and post it back unworn.
