What I sell

Caps, bucket hats and bandanas for dogs, embroidered with words you type. Every piece is made to order; nothing is held in stock.

Prices

All prices are in euro. I am registered in the Czech Republic as an identified person (identifikovaná osoba), VAT ID CZ687406352, and I am not a VAT payer (plátce DPH), so no VAT is charged on my sales and none is shown separately. The price you see is the price you pay, with shipping added at the checkout where it applies.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when I send your order confirmation by email. If I cannot make what you ordered I will tell you and refund the full amount — I will not substitute something else.

The embroidery

It is stitched exactly as you type it. I do not correct spelling, capitals or spacing, because I cannot know which of them you meant. Read your line back before you pay; it is printed on your order confirmation and I can still change it if nothing has been cut yet.

There is no limit on the number of letters — the lettering is sized to fit the piece. What I will not stitch, and what happens then, is on the refund page.

Delivery, returns and faults

See the shipping policy and the refund policy. Nothing in these terms reduces the rights you have as a consumer under Czech or EU law.

Complaints

Write to info@cooper-project.com. I answer every complaint myself and I will tell you what I intend to do about it within 14 days.

If we cannot agree, you may take the matter to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), which handles out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes: www.coi.cz. That route costs you nothing and does not take away your right to go to court.

Governing law

Czech law applies, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply to you.
