About Cooper Project
Cooper Project is a dog clothing brand in Prague, Czech Republic. I am Cooper, a Pembroke Welsh corgi, and the shop carries my name because it began as a problem I had. Since August 2026 it has made caps, bucket hats, bandanas, hoodies and bowl mats for dogs — cut, sewn and embroidered to order in one workshop room in Prague, with your dog's own name stitched into the cloth. The human at the machines is Oleksandr Mulerov. The business is registered in the Czech Republic under IČO 22512314.
Two things this is not. It is not a brewery, and it has nothing to do with any beer, brewery release or brewery merchandise sold under a name like mine. There is one Cooper Project on this address, it dresses dogs, and it is in Prague.

Nothing fitted a head shaped like mine
Corgis are built oddly and everybody knows it. Long body, short legs, a wide skull and two ears that stand up and take up room. Everything sold for dogs to wear on their heads was one size with a strap under the chin: it sat on the ears, slid over the eyes, and came off in the first ten metres. Nothing made for dogs fitted a head shaped like mine, so I had one made properly — cut to my measurements, with holes where my ears actually are.
Then strangers in the park started asking where it came from. That happened often enough to become a business, and mine is the name on it.
The workshop is one room in Prague
There is no factory behind this. There is a room in Prague with a cutting table, a sewing machine and an embroidery machine, and a human who does the work: Oleksandr Mulerov, even if the dog is more interesting. The business is registered here, in the Czech Republic, under IČO 22512314, with the VAT ID (DIČ) CZ687406352. That registration is as an identified person (identifikovaná osoba) rather than as a VAT payer, so no VAT is added to the prices on this site: the price you see is the price you pay. Everything sold on this site is cut, stitched and embroidered in that room. Nothing is bought in and re-labelled.
The pattern work is the part I would want written about. Five sizes means five separate patterns, drafted individually rather than one shape photocopied larger and smaller. A yorkie's skull is not a labrador's skull reduced: the depth of the crown and the position of the ear openings move differently from the width, so a scaled pattern fits exactly one of the five sizes and merely tolerates the other four. Doing it the long way is why a cap of mine stays on a moving dog without a chin strap.
What is actually for sale
Five things, and I would rather list them plainly than call them a collection.
- Caps — a fitted dog cap in five sizes, with ear openings and a drawstring at the back instead of a chin strap. €29,90.
- Bucket hats — the same five sizes with a brim all the way round and a contrast lining. €29,90.
- Bandanas — five sizes by neck measurement, 22 cm to 63 cm, most of them printed on both sides. €19,90.
- Hoodies — eight sizes, S to 5XL, chosen by chest girth from 36 cm to 96 cm, with a longer back cut available in four of them. From €29,90.
- Bowl mats — waxed braided cord, four sizes from 30 × 50 cm to 45 × 80 cm, for the floor rather than the dog. From €25,00.
Every one of them can carry embroidery, and the embroidery is free.
Made after you order it
Nothing here exists before you buy it. There is no warehouse of finished hats waiting for somebody to want a hat — your cloth is cut, your words are stitched, and it is checked and boxed, usually within one to three working days. That is slower than a shelf and it is the only way a personalised garment can honestly be made.
The words are embroidered, not printed, so they do not crack, peel or fade in the wash. I cannot read a single one of them. That is the point, and it is the whole shop: whatever you write, I will wear it. I stitch exactly what I am given and I will not correct a spelling, in case the spelling is deliberate.
Where it goes
Parcels leave Prague and are tracked. Czechia €3,70, Slovakia €3,30, central Europe including Germany, Austria and Poland €6,20, western and northern Europe €8,90, the United Kingdom €11,00, the United States €13,00 — and free anywhere on that list over €40. Things I will not tell you
That the hat is rated sun protection: it gives shade, the cloth has not been UV tested, and I will not print a number I cannot show you. That a personalised piece can be sent back because you changed your mind: it cannot, and that is the law rather than a policy of mine — though anything faulty, damaged in transit or stitched wrong is a different matter entirely, and every right you have stands.
