Ordering
Tell me the word you want stitched and exactly how it is spelled. I stitch what I am given — I will not correct a spelling in case it is deliberate.
Changing the text
Write straight away. Each piece is embroidered after the order comes in, and once the stitching has started the text cannot be changed.
Something wrong or damaged
Send a photo with your order number. A fault, a wrong stitch or damage in transit is mine to put right, and personalisation changes nothing about that.
