Plain pieces

Nothing stitched on it? Then it comes back for any reason at all. Tell me within 14 days of it arriving, send it back within 14 days of telling me, and I refund what you paid — the price of the garment and the standard delivery you paid to get it to you. The return postage is yours.

Unpack it, put it on your dog, have a proper look: that is what the fourteen days are for, and none of it counts against you. The tag does not have to still be attached. You owe me something only if it comes back damaged or worn past the point of having looked at it.

Anything with your words on it

Once a garment carries words you chose, there is no 14-day change-of-mind return on it. That is set by law rather than by me: goods made to a consumer's own specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal, because nobody else can wear your dog's name.

A fault is a different thing entirely

Faulty, damaged on the way, or stitched wrong — written on or not — and every right you have stands. I remake it or refund you, and the postage is mine in both directions. Send me a photograph with your order number and I will tell you which it is to be. This covers the whole statutory period; nothing on this page shortens it.

Words I will not stitch

No slurs, nobody else's brand, nothing threatening, nothing sexual, and nobody's name but your dog's. If what you have typed fails that list, you get an email and the full amount back the same day — not a quietly softened version of what you asked for.

How to start one

Email info@cooper-project.com with your order number. Any clear words will do — there is a form below if you would rather use one, but you do not have to.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. The fourteen days I have to pay you start the day you tell me you are withdrawing, not the day the parcel turns up. I may hold the money until the parcel reaches me or until you show me proof that you have sent it — whichever happens first.
