• It goes on over the head on a covered elastic band, so there is nothing to tie and no knot to work loose.
• Whatever you type is embroidered on the front — thread through the cloth, not print on top of it.
• Cut and stitched to order in Prague, one at a time.
• Both faces are finished, so either one can be the front.
• None of it is a collar, a harness or a lead: leave the real collar on underneath, and take this off when the dog is left alone.
• No slurs, nobody else's brand, nothing threatening, nothing sexual and nobody's name but your dog's. If what you typed fails that, you get an email and the full amount back the same day — not a quietly softened version of what you asked for.

I make it myself in Prague, one at a time after you order — which is why it takes 1–3 working days. Nothing is held in stock, so there is no shelf to pull from and nothing waits for a batch.

The neck, taken low down where the collar already sits. Nothing here adjusts afterwards, so it is worth measuring now rather than after the parcel arrives.

Around the neck at the collar line, over the coat, comfortable rather than tight — two fingers should lie flat under the tape.

Between two sizes, or anywhere inside an overlap, take the larger — going up costs a looser drape, going down costs you the bandana.

Bulldogs, boxers, pugs, staffies — anything whose skull is wider than its neck — are bought for getting it over the head, which means the size above.

Nothing with your words on it can come back for a change of mind, because nobody else can wear it. A fault is different: that I put right or refund, written on or not.

A plain piece — nothing stitched on it — comes back for any reason at all: tell me within 14 days of it arriving and post it back unworn.
