How long it takes

Everything is made to order in Prague. Your parcel leaves within 1–3 working days of the order landing, counted from the order rather than from the payment clearing.

After that the date belongs to the carrier, not to me. What the carriers themselves publish for each zone, counted from the day the parcel leaves and not from the day you order, is this:

  • Czechia — 1–2 working days
  • Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovakia — 2–4 working days
  • Rest of the EU — 3–6 working days
  • United Kingdom — 4–8 working days
  • United States — 7–14 working days

Those are the carriers' own estimates rather than a date I can promise, and the figure for your address is shown at the checkout. Whatever the carrier does, delivery will be no later than 30 days from your order. If that ever looks unlikely I will write to you before it happens, not after.

What it costs

Free from 40,00 €, everywhere I ship. Below that the rate depends on where it is going, and the exact figure is shown at the checkout before you pay. At the time of writing:

  • Czech Republic, to your address — 3,70 €
  • Slovakia — 3,30 €
  • Austria, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and neighbours — 6,20 €
  • Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland and the rest of the EU — 8,90 €

One parcel however many pieces you order, so a set costs the same to send as a single bandana.

If it does not turn up

Email info@cooper-project.com with your order number. A parcel lost in transit is mine to sort out, not yours to chase — I remake it or refund you.
